इमरोज़-एक जश्न अपने रंग, अपनी रौशनी का

इमरोज़ की मिट्टी का गुदाज़, लोच और लचक देखकर हैरत होती है कि कोई इतना सहज भी हो सकता है। लोग जो भी बातें करते रहें, वो दर-अस्ल इमरोज़ को अमृता के चश्मे के थ्रू देख रहे होते हैं जबकि इमरोज़ किसी भी परछाईं से अलग अपने वजूद, अपने मर्कज़ से मुकम्मल तौर पर जुड़े रहे हैं।

نوبیل پرائز کا حق دار قرار پانے پر اپنے جرمن پبلشر کے ذریعے بھجوائے گئے پیغام میں یان فوسے کا کہنا تھا کہ وہ بیک وقت اس پر خوش بھی ہیں اور حیرت زدہ بھی۔ ان کا کہنا تھا،میں گزشتہ دس برس سے اس (نوبیل انعام) کی پسندیدہ فہرست میں شامل رہا ہوں لیکن مجھے کبھی یقین نہیں تھا کہ میں اس کا حق دار قرار پاؤں گا۔

जाने का नहीं शोर सुख़न का मेरे हरगिज़ : मीर तक़ी मीर

मीर तक़ी मीर, जिन्हें ख़ुदा-ए-सुख़न भी कहा जाता है, उर्दू के सबसे बड़े शा’इर हैं। मीर को ये दर्जा केवल उनकी शा’इरी की वजह से नहीं, ज़बान की इर्तिक़ा में उनके योगदान की वजह से भी हासिल है। शा’इरी का हर रंग उनके यहाँ नुमायाँ मिलता है, और इस लिहाज से वो उर्दू के वाहिद मुकम्मल शा’इर कहे जा सकते हैं।
