That sleepless night takes turns still
Since we had that hideous feud
What do you know, oh! My love
Of the pains of solitude

Let him be, whoever desires, enlightened by its rays

Taming still
My restless heart
I too will sleep
In darkened hours
Sleep dear stars! Sleep dear stars!

He too did leave me with love unrequited
Like bliss I accepted whose every sorrow inflicted

With you displeased oh! Dear, my existence
Is like a flower robbed of its fragrance
