کہیں ایسا تو نہیں، پھولوں نے، کلیوں نے،پتّوں نے، شاخوں نے ،چرند نے، پرند نے، مُرغ وماہی نے خالق ِ کائنات کے حضور ایک عرضی بھیجی ہو، التجا کی ہو کہ ربّا ! تیری اِس اَشرفُ المخلوقات سے تو ہم بہت تنگ آگئے ہیں۔ تیرا یہ خاکی کچھ زیادہ ہی سرکش ہو گیا ہے زمین و آسمان سب جگہ حاوی ہو گیا ہے۔ سمندر کے سینے پر بڑے بڑے جہاز اس تیز رفتار سے لے جاتا ہے کہ سمندر کی تہہ میں بھی مچھلیاں خوفزدہ ہو جاتی ہیں۔ کبھی کچھ گندگی ڈال جاتا ہے، کبھی کچھ۔ زمین و آسماں میں دھواں اِس قدر پھیلاتا ہے کہ بعض وقت سانس لینادشوار ہو جاتا ہے۔
