In Urdu, there is a huge treasure of such words which are known as ‘DaKHiil’. In fact, there is another treasure which is even bigger than that of DaKHiil words. Interestingly, these new words have appeared in new garbs with variations in meaning, pronunciation, and spelling.
Akhtar ul Iman was one of the most important Urdu poets of his time. Considered as one of the pillars of modern Urdu Nazms (Poems). Akhtar also wrote dialogues for more than hundred bollywood films including ‘Waqt’ and ‘Qaanoon’.
उर्दू सीखने/ पढ़ने वालों के लिये कभी कभी बड़ा मसअला हो जाता है उर्दू में ऐराब का ज़ाहिर न होना। यानी जैसे हिन्दी में छोटी ‘इ’ की मात्रा या छोटे ‘उ’ की मात्रा होती है, उर्दू में उसके लिये ”ज़बर, ज़ेर, पेश” होते हैं, लेकिन वो लिखते वक़्त ज़ाहिर नहीं किये जाते।
آج کل ایک روپیے کا جو سکہ چلن میں ہے، وہ کئی مرحلوں سے گزر کر اس مقام تک پہنچا ہے۔روپیے کا سکہ سب سے پہلے شیر شاہ سوری نے اپنے دورِ حکومت میں 1540ء اور 1545ء کے بیچ جاری کیا۔
अच्छा शेर कहने से पहले हमें कई बातों का ध्यान रखना पड़ता है। अव्वल तो यह कि हमारा ख़याल यानी शेर का मौज़ूअ क्या है, और हम उसे पेश कैसे कर रहे हैं? शेर का मतलब होता है ”कोई एक बात, कोई एक मौज़ूअ दो मिसरों में कहना न कि दो मुख़्तलिफ़ मौज़ूअ दो मिसरों में कहना।
